ATHLETIC AND FUNCTIONAL TAPING

One of our favourite techniques for immediate support and relief is Taping. It Involves applying adhesive tape to the skin to support muscles, joints, and ligaments, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Taping can help stabilize an injured area, prevent further injury, and promote healing by facilitating proper movement and alignment. Common types of taping include kinesiology taping and rigid taping, depending on the treatment goals.
